Sometimes you have the opportunity to work with people that you just click with, and this was no exception. Between the great outdoor wedding at Iron Lakes Country Club and the various preparation locations, it was truly enriching and fun experience.
I was fortunate enough to have the time to shoot the bride and groom and two separate locations each prior to heading to the ceremony at the country club. This gave me the opportunity to see them both with their bridesmaids and groomsmen as well at their families houses, which by the way, were extremely hospitable to our film and photo crew and a pleasure to meet.
Even the weather was forced to retreat and make way for such a deserving couple to have their moment in the sun. You wouldn’t remember it looking back, but Mother Earth started off the day with a pretty foreboding amount of rain. In the end, there was golf, a beautiful outdoor ceremony, and a highly charged reception. I thank Kassandra and Dennis for inviting us to share they day with them, and hope that their films capture just a bit of the great day they created.
