Codi and Mike met through mutual friends Ali and Bret. It was spring of 2012, and Codi was in her senior year of nursing school at Temple University. Mike was a Penn State University graduate working for his family’s business in Allentown, PA.
Mike came to Temple one night with Bret to go out for our mutual friend Erica’s birthday. After seeing Mike for the first time, Codi looked at her best friend Georgette and whispered “Who’s that!?” They spent the night together at a bar in Olde City and exchanged a kiss on the dance floor. Little did they know, Mike was going on Codi’s spring break nursing cruise to the Bahamas one month later. Apparently, he was told there would be a bunch of single nurses on the cruise. 😉
One month later, these two were stuck together on the same boat for one week.
