Some wedding days feel scheduled. Lauren and Garrison’s felt lived in—like a really good Saturday that just happened to include vows and a white dress. The morning unfolded in the quiet corners of the Glasbern property, with sunlight sneaking through old windows and friends drifting in and out with coffee, inside jokes, and the easy kind of excitement you only see when everyone genuinely likes each other. Lauren’s first look with her dad was one of those moments that reminds you why we press record in the first place—no performance, just pure, unscripted heart.

The ceremony took place tucked into the stone and greenery of the estate, the kind of setting that makes you forget you’re anywhere near real life. Garrison’s reaction when Lauren came down the aisle was worth the entire drive by itself. Their vows weren’t loud, but they were steady—two people who clearly chose each other a long time ago and were just making it official in front of witnesses. You could feel the collective “finally” in the air.

By the time cocktail hour rolled into the reception, the day shifted gears from tender to celebratory in record time. Toasts brought the perfect mix of laughter and happy tears, and once the dance floor opened, it never really closed. The Grand Lodge filled with the kind of energy that makes you forget to check your watch—friends singing at the top of their lungs, parents showing off moves they probably practiced in the kitchen, and Lauren and Garrison right in the middle of it all, exactly where they belong.

Venue – Glasbern Inn

Glasbern is one of those rare venues that does half the storytelling for you. Between the historic stone buildings, open fields, and cozy indoor spaces, every direction looks like a postcard. It gave Lauren and Garrison a day that felt elegant without ever being fussy—equal parts countryside charm and timeless romance.

Photography – CNK Photography

Working alongside CNK Photography was like having another set of eyes that speak the same language. Calm, creative, and always in the right place at the right time, they kept the day flowing naturally while capturing images that matched the emotion in the room.

Entertainment – Queue Entertainment (DJ Queue)

DJ Queue understood the assignment. From ceremony sound to a reception that went from classy to wonderfully chaotic, the music never missed. Transitions were smooth, the energy built all night, and the dance floor became the heartbeat of the evening.

Flowers – Ross Plants & Flowers

The florals brought color and texture to every corner of the day—elegant without stealing the spotlight. Bouquets, décor, and all the little details felt organic to the setting, like they grew there on purpose.

Cake – The Bakery Nook

Beautiful and dangerous in equal measure. The cake looked too good to cut and apparently tasted too good to leave any leftovers—a solid win on both fronts.

Hair & Makeup – Dew Harbor

Dew Harbor kept the morning relaxed and confident, creating looks that felt polished but still like Lauren and her crew on their very best day.

Officiant – Kristen Sommer

Warm, grounded, and genuine, Kristen guided the ceremony with the perfect tone—meaningful without being heavy, personal without being long-winded.

Videography – Trai Matthew Films

Our goal was simple: make a film that feels the way the day felt. Real moments over staged ones, personality over perfection, and a highlight that Lauren and Garrison will recognize as their actual story—not a wedding template with their names on it.
